How can I place an order?

Simply add an item to cart and proceed to checkout by clicking the cart icon at the top right corner and then on checkout. You will be required to have or create a new account to complete the order.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, click on “Login” at the top right of the header, and click on the “Register” tab. You will then need to provide your email address and a password. You can also create an account when at product checkout.

How will my order arrive?

Each order will come in a gift box, packaged nicely and ready for you to give the gift to that special someone.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Key in the discount code at the field “Discount Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the discount code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

Will I be notified if an item is out of stock?

Yes. If one of the products on you’ve ordered is out of stock, we’ll notify you right away.

What is your return policy?

All of our silver, gold and diamond jewelry has a 30-day return policy. Shipping costs are fully refunded in the case of a product issue. All returns have to be in the same condition as they were initially shipped. Our returns are processed within a 7-10 day period after receiving the returned item.

How long does it take to ship orders?

Our silver and gold jewelry usually ships within 3-5 business days. Our diamond jewelry ships within 3-10 business days depending on the product. If you require a rush order, give us a call and we’ll do our best to help you receive the item as fast as possible.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your product ships. You can also check the tracking number by logging in to your account.

Do you provide gemological certificates for your diamond products?

We provide gemological certificates for any loose diamond purchases. The laboratory that has issued the gemological certificate will be specified when you are placing your order.

What is the importance of a GIA certificate?

A GIA diamond certificate assures all customers of a diamond’s value and quality. The report gives a detailed enlisting of the key characteristics of each diamond which includes the 4C’s and makes it almost impossible to falsify. The GIA certificate marks the credibility of the stone under consideration.

Do I need to pay taxes?

Canadian tax rates apply based on the province you are ordering from. There are no taxes if you are ordering internationally.

Do your prices change often?

Prices will change based on market fluctiations, and the prices currently displayed on the website are accurate.

How often to you change your collection?

We try our best to keep our jewelry collection fresh and add new products whenever possible. You can find new products by visiting our New section.

Do you sell diamond parcels or melee?

Yes we do. We have sizes from .005 pointers up until .10 pointers in different color and clarity. Please call us with your requests.

Do you do diamond layouts?

Yes we can create a layout based on your requirements. This can either be certified or non certified diamonds.

Are your diamond weights exact?

Under FTC regulations, all jewelry manufacturers must disclose their total weight ranges. Mondier complies with all relevant FTC regulations.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

We try to keep our jewelry lines in stock at all times, however sometimes some items may go out of stock. In the event an item is out of stock we will let you know within 2 business days after your order has been placed and if you would like to substitute the item with another you can let us know. Otherwise, we’ll continue with your order minus the product that is out of stock. Usually, it takes 2-4 weeks for our jewelery to come back in stock.

What is your stance on Conflict Diamonds?

Mondier is dedicated to providing high quality diamonds taking into account ethical values. We too share the public’s concern regarding conflict diamonds. Here at Mondier we purchase our diamonds only through respected, legitimate channels. Yes. All of our jewelry is stamped with the corresponding metal and manufacturers logo.

Will sterling silver tarnish over time?

Yes. All sterling silver will tarnish over time. Tarnish is defined as discoloration of the sterling silver surface caused by corrosion or oxidation.

What are your business hours?

Our customer service and support is open from 8:00am – 6pm EST Monday to Friday. You can email us 24 hours. Emails are often replied even outside office hours.

Do you have a store or showroom that I can come in and purchase or see your line?

No, we do not have a store or showroom. Our corporate office is located in Montreal. We sell everything over the internet & phone. This allows us to keep our overhead as low as possible in turn providing our customers the lowest prices & best services.

Will you re-size a ring bought from Mondier?

Yes. We can resize a ring bought from Mondier for a cost. The cost of the resizing will be determined based on number of sizes, up or down. To resize, you will have to mail us back the ring fully insured and we will send it back to you after the ring has been sized. You will be required to pay for associated shipping costs. Please see our shipping rates under shipping. Please allow 3-5 days after we receive the ring for re-sizing.

Is 925 stamped on all sterling silver items?

Yes. All of our sterling silver items are stamped with 925 as required by the law.
